The following is required for antibody testing during our special event:
· An appointment is REQUIRED
· Arrive five minutes before appointment time to check-in
· The QR code (on your phone or printed) that you will receive on your confirmation when you register for an appointment
· MagnaCare or Create ID card
· Photo ID
· Face covering must be worn at the appointment
· Practice safe social distancing and no gathering
· No prescription needed!
